Experiences

We offer wake surf charters on the three best lakes in the east Kootenay area. Koocanusa, Tie Lake and Moyie.

We strive to make your boating experience care free. Our boat captains are well experienced at driving and instructing to ensure you can relax and grow your wake surf skills. All drivers are WSWC coaches.

What level of boater are you?

Beginner

Have spent very little time on surf boats. Have watched people surfing from the beach and though you would like to try.

Intermediate

Have spent some time on a boat before maybe a friend or family members' boat. You probably know the basics of getting up and are working on surfing without the rope.

Advanced

You have owned a boat before or have spent lots of time wake surfing. You have a couple tricks you are working on and can keep surfing without the rope in your sleep.

How do we Teach Surfing?

Beginner

Never been on a surf boat before? No problem! We can tune every wave to your level and help you build confidence.

For beginners we will do a dry demo in the boat of how to get up and foot placement. Then we will coach you into the water and work on posture and positioning as needed.

You will learn:

Foot placment
Proper surf posture
Positioning on the wave

Intermediate

So you have been surfing a couple times, but are ready to dial in your skills. We are exited for you! Our primary focus will be getting you comfortable keeping up with the wave without the rope. Once you can do this you will be hooked!

Surf posture
How to surf the whole wave
How to Carve

Advanced

You've been there and done that. Hop on the boat and start right where you left off! Work on tuning in your surf skills and leave the driving to us.

We will work on getting you some epic pictures and videos, so you can share with your friends.
